June 2011 - Attended The 22nd Summit for Recycling in Breckenridge, Colorado put on by Colorado Association for Recycling. It was an eye opening experience for R2 Stewardship as we took some much needed information from this summit. Thanks to all of the hard working people that put on the event as well as all the attendees. It was a pleasure to see how important the future direction of recycling in Colorado was to all the recycling entities both large and small. We truly need to come together and help shape our e-waste laws as it was also disturbing to find out the lack of recycling knowledge residents and business still have throughout the State of Colorado. R2 Stewardship has taken the life-long pledge to ensure that we protect our environment not for political or revenue reasons but because its the right thing to do. We our investing in our environment and communities of today to have a beautiful Colorado for future tomorrows.

Who is R2 Stewardship and What do we do?
We can go on and on with examples but the point is this...an "R2 Responsible Recycling Certification" proves through documentation, processes, controlled forms, and standard operating procedures that they are doing the right thing. Third party auditors are brought in at R2 Stewardship's expense to verify that we are "doing the right thing" not for a little while but for the life cycle of our business. This is accomplished with overall company goals, open communication, strong team work and improvements that we will continue to make as the industry shapes itself. R2 Stewardship continues to strive for the utmost respect for our environment by making a pledge to do our due diligence when handling all material coming through our doors.
