MORE NEWS: Henry Renteria-Vigil from R2 Stewardship along with some other electronic recyclers from Colorado were invited to testify on behalf of Senate Bill-133 (SB-133) which is an e-waste ban from Colorado landfills. This bill states that all government judicial branches and all higher education institutions in Colorado will need to utilize an R2 (TM) or e-Stewards (TM) Certified Recycler. This will simulate job growth in Colorado as Certified Recyclers are few and much work will need to be done. SB-133 passed the first committee 6 to 1.It goes to the floor of the Senate which we anticipate to be on Feb. 27th and a second vote on Feb 28th. Then it will move to the house where we will all need to testify again. UPDATE: 2/22/12 Bipartisan Electronic Recycling Jobs Act Passes Senate Committee

R2 Stewardship beats top recyclers in Denver, Colorado for TV Clean-Up. R2 Stewardship thru a bid process was awarded this clean up job of
thousands of TV's and other material abandoned by a "wanna be" recycler!
We went up against the top electronics recyclers in our state to obtain
